Through the contact or audit form we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the website you indicate, your field of activity, the service you are interested in, your estimated budget and the message you send.

Technical data needed for the security and delivery of the page may be processed automatically, such as IP address, browser information and infrastructure technical logs. This data is not used for marketing analysis without a legal basis and, where required, without consent.

• We respond to requests and prepare an offer, on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• We protect the website, forms and infrastructure against abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in security.
• We keep the records required by law, where there is a legal obligation to do so.
• We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or other non-essential tools only after you make your choice in the cookie banner, where they are configured.

Form data is sent, for the purpose of handling your request, to the contact address configured for Tudor Digital Systems. We do not use the form for automatic newsletter sign-up and we do not sell personal data.

If a collaboration begins, the data may also be used for contractual communication, invoicing and compliance with legal obligations, in accordance with the applicable contractual documents.

To operate the website we may use hosting, CDN, email and security providers. The form is sent through the email service configured in production. If you enable analytics or marketing tools, technical data may be processed by Google or Meta in accordance with their configuration and documentation.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we check that an applicable legal mechanism and the safeguards required by the legislation in force are in place.

We keep data from requests for as long as necessary to review the request, communicate with you and, where applicable, perform or prove a collaboration. Once the purpose has expired, the data is deleted or anonymised, except for information we are required to keep by law.

You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection or portability, where the legal conditions are met. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data and we limit access to the people and providers who need to process it. We update this policy when the services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is dated above.
